I agree that I am of legal age in the state that I reside in. As an Independent Team Member that I am not an agent or employee of Scriptures I also agree that I am personally responsible for any and all local, state and federal taxes that may be due as a result of any income earned from Scriptures . I realize that by signing this agreement that I am entitled to all company product discounts and specials. I also realize that I am NEVER under any obligation to purchase products at any time, and I will NEVER be charged or billed for any products that I did not personally order. I also realize that I am free to purchase products at my own discretion.

All Independent Team Members of Scriptures will be charged a fee of $10.00 for every returned bank check. Any Independent Team Member of Scriptures that has two (2) returned bank checks in any one (1) year period will be permanently released from the company. I also understand that if I do not order the minimum amount of products for three (3) consecutive months, I will be terminated as a Team Member and all of my downline will be moved up to the next qualifying Team Member. I also acknowledge that I have received a copy of this agreement and I certify that no promise regarding income has been made to me by anyone, and I understand that any income received by me, will strictly be as a result of my own efforts. I also understand all the rules and regulations of Scriptures and I agree to abide by all of them. COMPANY RULES & REGULATIONS

1) All Independent Distributors of Scriptures^TMare not employees or agents of Scriptures^TM. Each Independent Wholesale Distributor who earns a commission or any other type of income as a result of being an Independent Wholesale Distributor of Scriptures^TM, is totally and personally responsible to report and pay for ANY and ALL types of Federal, State and Local income taxes, corporate, commission taxes, sales taxes, fees, dues, penalties or any other type of liability or monies that are due to ANY and ALL Federal, State, Local or any other type of Government or private agency. Scriptures^TMis not, can not and will not be responsible for any and all monies due to any and all Government or private agency that any Independent Distributor of Scriptures^TM may have personally incurred.

2) Independent Wholesale Distributors of Scriptures^TM are not permitted to re-produce, change or distribute any written, audio or visual material that was purchased from the company without the written permission of the company. No Independent Distributor will be allowed to produce or distribute their own written, audio or visual material without the written permission from the company. Any Independent Wholesale Distributor of Scriptures^TM that willfully violates this rule, may be permanently released from the company.

3) All Independent Wholesale Distributor of Scriptures^TMwill be charged a fee of $10.00 for every returned bank check. Any Independent Wholesale Distributor of Scriptures^TMthat has had two (2) or more returned bank checks in a one (1) year period will be permanently released from the company and will not be permitted to re-enter for a one (1) year period.

4) Using our Genealogy Reports to promote any other company, business opportunity, product or service that is in conflict with Scriptures^TMis STRICTLY PROHIBITED!!! To willfully violate this simple rule will result in the permanent loss of membership. As the Bible says: Mark 3:24-25:

"And if a kingdom be divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand. And if a house be divided against itself, that house cannot stand." Mark 3:24-25

5) It is against company policy to make any financial claims, promises, projections or guarantees of income either verbally and/or on any printed material, publication or any kind of electronic communication. It is also against company policy to make any health claims, cures or personal health advise (unless you are a health care professional) about any of our products either verbally and/or on any printed material, publication or any kind of electronic communication.

We suggest (this is not a rule) that you not use the words MLM, Multi-Level Marketing or Network-Marketing in any Christian Publication. Some Christian publishers confuse these terms and think we are a pyramid scheme even though we are not. Shared Revenues are better terms that describe our opportunity in these types of publications. However, you may use these words on any other type of publication, printed material, publication, web page or any kind of printed or electronic communication.

6) Spamming Internet News Groups is highly forbidden and may result in the loss of use of our FREE 800 number and FREE Info Packs sent to your prospects. Willful and continued violation may result in termination as member.

ALL rules and policies are strictly enforced and MUST be adhered to by ALL members. Disciplinary action such as: loss of 800 privileges and FREE Info Packs, Genealogy Reports and/or termination will result with any member that is not willing to abide by these simple and necessary rules.
